Our Background
Lindiana Capital’s leadership team brings together decades of experience in real estate, operations, construction oversight, underwriting and capital management. We’ve operated businesses through varying credit cycles, managed complex assets, and built a platform designed to thrive in changing environments.

We originate loans through our affiliated platforms and hold the majority of them within Lindiana Capital, maintaining direct control over sourcing, underwriting, servicing and portfolio management.

And we believe alignment matters, which is why the partners are the largest investors in the fund and personally guarantee all bank debt used by the platform.​
